Professional Web Site Maintenance
In a bid to meet our customers ongoing requirements as fast as possible NTD have introduced a maintenance agreement. This is aimed at customers who prefer not to administer their web site(s) or require regular changes with the emphasis on instantaneous updates.
The agreement enables any client to book a certain number of hours a month of NTD's time. NTD treat booked hours as priority hours and guarantee to perform any work requested within a certain time scale (usually one or two working days).
NTD provide an estimate of how long the proposed work is expected to take as the request is made, so negating any future shocks.
Maintenance work is invoiced quarterly and includes a task schedule with full description. Clients are warned before exceeding their booked monthly hours. Minimum billing period is half an hour.
Many of our clients have taken advantage of a maintenance agreement and receive an extremely fast response whenever work is ordered.
